Substitutions must be in writing to the OpenWorld Registration Office at
OpenWorld@eventreg.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrant. Substitutions made after September 30 will incur a $125 processing fee. Any change or cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
