The Oracle OpenWorld 2013 Exhibitor Resource Center (ERC) is your one-stop portal for managing all aspects of your participation at Oracle OpenWorld.

The Exhibitor Resource Center is where you’ll manage your deliverables, including your event profile, hotel room block requests, and logo uploads (if applicable); update your company contacts; access your priority codes; manage your exhibition logistics, using the Exhibitor Services Kit; and much, much more.

• List of registered press attendees one week prior to event
• Opportunity to reserve Oracle OpenWorld 2014 exhibit space during Oracle OpenWorld 2013

Registration and Housing

You’ll find information about the Oracle OpenWorld Pass Priority Code, exhibitor staff registration instructions, Oracle OpenWorld Discover passes, deadlines, and cancellation policies. Information is available regarding the process for booking hotel room blocks, deadlines and cancellation policies, and important contacts.

The ERC is password-protected for approved Oracle OpenWorld exhibitors—if you are not your company’s designated conference coordinator, please contact that individual for ERC access or e-mail partner-engagement_ww@oracle.com.

Housing:

The online Exhibitor Room Block Request form is available from the ERC’s Registration and Housing tab. The submission deadline is July 12, 2013.
