Mr. Oliveira is graduated in Mathematics (1978) and in Business Administration (1981) by UniCEUB/DF. In 2004, he specialized in Strategic Management for Corporate Leaders from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. He has a wide professional experience in technical and managerial roles and, especially, as an entrepreneur. Mr. Oliveira is founding partner of CTIS Tecnologia S.A., which operates in the Information Technology industry for 29 years, where he is CEO since then. He was vice president of SUCESU (Society of IT and Telecommunications Users of Federal District) from 1994 to 1998. Also in 1998, he was a member of ABES (Brazilian Association of Software Companies, SP) Council. Between 1998 and 2000 he was president of SINDESEI (Association of Information Technology Companies of the Federal District). Since 2001, he is an advisor of the Young Entrepreneurs Club of Federal District, and member of the Advisory Board of the Chamber of Shopkeepers of Federal District.
