John Fowler is Executive Vice President of Systems. Mr. Fowler has extensive experience in corporate strategy as well as systems and software development. Before coming to Oracle in 2010, when the company acquired Sun, he worked at Sun for more than 14 years, where he served in several influential roles, including Executive Vice President of Sun's Systems Group; Chief Technology Officer for Sun's Software organization; and Executive Vice President of Sun's x64 Systems Group, focused on delivering industry-standard network computing systems for Solaris, Linux, and Windows. At Oracle, Mr. Fowler continues to be responsible for the delivery of all Sun systems products, including SPARC and x64-based servers, as well as networking and disk and tape storage products. Additionally, he is responsible for systems software, including Oracle Solaris.

Raymundo Peixoto is country manager for Dell Brazil. In the role since 2004, Mr. Peixoto is responsible for managing Dell’s branch in the country, including its Education, Health, Public and Corporate segments. Prior to this role, Mr. Peixoto was Director of Corporate Sales for Mercosul and coordinated Dell’s relationship with large enterprises companies in Brazil, Argentina and Chile. Before joining Dell, Mr. Peixoto served in sales management positions for several large corporations. During his nine years at IBM Brazil, Mr. Peixoto was responsible for software, hardware and services sales for the Consumer Goods segment. He also served in various sales-management roles while working for Oracle Brazil. Mr. Peixoto has a degree in Aeronautics Mechanical Engeneering from Brazil’s ITA – Instituto Tecnológico da Aeronáutica and is specialized in Advanced Management by Harvard University.

Amit Zavery is Vice President of product management in Oracle Fusion Middleware. Mr. Zavery currently manages the go-to-market initiatives for Oracle Application Server and has responsibility for accelerating the growth of the Oracle Application Server and establishing Oracle as the premier middleware software provider.

Since joining Oracle in 1995, Mr. Zavery has held various positions in product development, product management, product strategy and consulting. Prior to working on the Oracle Application Server, he was responsible for product development and product management of Oracle's E-Commerce applications including Oracle iStore, iPayment, iMarketing and iContent. Mr. Zavery was also responsible for establishing Oracle's CRM development center in India. Mr. Zavery started his career at Oracle as a solution architect in the video server product team and then worked in Oracle Consulting implementing numerous interactive television applications and with the advent of the web building Internet applications for customers. He has also worked in the Oracle database group where he was a member of the team responsible for planning and defining Oracle 9i database. Mr. Zavery holds a bachelor's of science degree in electrical and computer engineering, summa cum laude, graduating from University of Texas, Austin. He also holds a master's degree in computer science and business from Carnegie Mellon University.

Martin’s background includes experience in several areas of management in the corporation, and he has twice received the highest honor granted by Intel - The Intel Achievement Award - for his contributions to the company's product strategy. Mr. Martins has a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering at USP (Universidade de São Paulo), holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, and has over 40 publications including 24 patents.
