Rodgers began his career at Saks Incorporated in 1993 as Director of Credit. He was promoted to Vice President of Credit in 1996, Senior Vice President of Credit in 1997, and Executive Vice President of Operations in 2002. In 2007, he was named Executive Vice President of Information Technology, Operations and Credit of Saks Incorporated. In 2008, he assumed his current position. Prior to 1993, he held credit management positions at Boscov’s and Woodward & Lothrop. Rodgers earned his B.S. in Business Finance and Economics from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania and his MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph’s University.

Gina's work in these programs has been recognized in industry leading publications such as HR Magazine and Workforce Magazine.
