Mike is a Principal in PwC's US Consulting business serving as PwC's US Cloud Computing Leader and a leader of PwC's Digital Transformation initiatives. Mike is one of the principal authors of the firm's Digital Transformation framework and Cloud Computing strategy. Mike has over 19 years of business consulting experience delivering strategy and operations consulting as well as large scale transformation and technology services to clients in the Technology Industry. He has extensive experience in helping organizations assess, design and implement strategies focusing on the improvement of business and technology processes.

Mike's thought leadership on emerging business and technology issues helps to shape the firm's point of view. He was a primary contributor to PwC's Technology Forecast titled "Driving growth with Cloud Computing". He is a frequent speaker on the topic of emerging technology and business models. Mike is seen as a leader in the market when it comes to consulting on strategy and operations related to the convergence of technology and emerging business models. He is the lead consulting partner on some of PwC’s largest Technology Industry clients where he delivers emerging business transformation consulting services. Mike has worked over the past several years with many of the leading technology companies in a number of different capacities and areas including Strategy, IT, Operations and Finance.

Mr. Pearl holds a Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Notre Dame.

Gerard is the Global and US Oracle practice and alliance leader for PwC. As such he is responsible for all Oracle solutions and services as well as the Oracle relationship and practice. Gerard is also a Market Leader for PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory Practice in the North East region. He is responsible for Business Transformation and Technology consulting services such as IT Transformation, business application selection and implementation. Information Security and Privacy, Information management, and Software Development. He services several of the firm's key clients and also leads several Oracle engagements at key clients. Gerard has also assisted clients with sourcing and international business strategy activities with a particular focus on India. Furthermore, Gerard has also been the US Advisory CIO for PwC, with responsibility for oversight for the Advisory IT organization and the development, maintenance and support of the Advisory-specific technology products.

Gerard has over 25 years of experience and is trained in Business Applications and Information Systems, Information Security, Privacy, Information Management and IT auditing. Gerard has performed many national and international projects with regards to these subjects. Gerard has been IT-auditor, consultant and project manager in a wide variety of countries and industries, including Technology, Financial Services, Retail, Consumer Goods, Industrial Manufacturing, Healthcare and Utilities. He has been project manager for large scale transformation and implementation projects. Gerard has also gained extensive knowledge and expertise with managing or supporting large enterprise projects for global organizations, such as for instance ERP implementations, global strategic sourcing projects, as well as year 2000 and Euro conversion projects.

Gerard has an IT Auditing degree from the Erasmus University, Rotterdam, The Netherlands and holds a B.S. in Business Information Systems. He is also a Certified Information Systems Auditor and a Certified Information Security Manager and he is also an IAAP member.
