Oracle OpenWorld Add-Ons

In addition to the core conference packages, add-on packages are available. If you used a priority code during registration to receive a complimentary conference pass and you choose to purchase an add-on package, you will need to provide payment information for the additional package(s). The priority code covers the Oracle OpenWorld package only, not the add-on packages.

Oracle OpenWorld Guest Package * As an Oracle OpenWorld attendee, your guest will have Discover pass access to the conference and will be able to attend the following networking events: Oracle OpenWorld Welcome Reception Oracle Appreciation Event It's a Wrap! Oracle OpenWorld Conference Materials * This add-on is for attendees who want to purchase an additional set of conference materials for a non-attending colleague or for attendees with Discover pass access who do not receive these materials. (Oracle OpenWorld full-conference attendees receive these materials as part of their conference package.) Conference materials include the following: Oracle OpenWorld logo bag Notebook Pen Water bottle * Package must be purchased in conjunction with an Oracle OpenWorld full-conference package and cannot be purchased as a standalone item.	$75
Oracle San Francisco 2013 Carbon Offset Program Oracle OpenWorld is making a financial commitment to offset 100% of carbon dioxide emissions from venue energy, ground shuttles, portable power generation, Oracle freight and event waste to landfill. We encourage attendees to join us and offset their hotel stay and travel to and from the event by making a small contribution to our carbon offset fund. This package offsets 2,000 pounds of greenhouse gas emissions—enough to balance one long-haul flight and three hotel nights. Funds collected from this add-on purchase will go toward TerraPass carbon offset programs. This is an important part of running Oracle OpenWorld as a sustainable conference and we thank you for your participation in helping us reach our goals. Please note that this is voluntary, but you must opt-out if you do not wish to participate.	$10

Government Rate Eligibility**

The Government Rate is open to bona fide employees of a national/federal, state, provincial, or local government entity, including public higher education institutions. Qualification Details

U.S. and Canadian attendees registering under the Government Rate will be required to show their employer-issued government ID or other proof of government employment during check-in at Moscone Center. Attendees outside the U.S. and Canada registering under the Government Rate will be required to fax or e-mail proof of government employee status (copy of government photo ID or a letter on official company letterhead stating that they are an employee of that organization) to the Oracle OpenWorld registration team in order to receive the discounted rate. Oracle may, at its sole discretion, charge the standard Oracle OpenWorld conference rate to anyone not satisfying these requirements.

Visa Invitation Letter

If you require a visa invitation letter find out Required Information needed

During the registration process, you will be asked if you require a letter of invitation. Select “Yes” and be prepared to provide your passport and embassy information. Once your registration is completed, visa letters will be processed as soon as the registration is paid in full and all of the required information has been received. Please note that visa letters will not be processed for Discover packages. Attendees are responsible for submitting the visa application to their local consulate or embassy.
