Government Rate Eligibility**

The Government Rate is open to bona fide employees of a national/federal, state, provincial, or local government entity, including public higher education institutions. Qualification Details

U.S. and Canadian attendees registering under the Government Rate will be required to show their employer-issued government ID or other proof of government employment during check-in at Moscone Center. Attendees outside the U.S. and Canada registering under the Government Rate will be required to fax or e-mail proof of government employee status (copy of government photo ID or a letter on official company letterhead stating that they are an employee of that organization) to the Oracle OpenWorld registration team in order to receive the discounted rate. Oracle may, at its sole discretion, charge the standard Oracle OpenWorld conference rate to anyone not satisfying these requirements.

Visa Invitation Letter

If you require a visa invitation letter find out Required Information needed

During the registration process, you will be asked if you require a letter of invitation. Select “Yes” and be prepared to provide your passport and embassy information. Once your registration is completed, visa letters will be processed as soon as the registration is paid in full and all of the required information has been received. Please note that visa letters will not be processed for Discover packages. Attendees are responsible for submitting the visa application to their local consulate or embassy.
