    • Cancellations
    All cancellations must be received in writing. Fax your cancellation notice to +1 650.226.0840.
    • Full Refund - Cancellation must be received by close of business on July 22, 2005
    • 50% Refund - Cancellation received between July 23, 2005 and close of business on August 19, 2005.
    • No Refunds will be given after August 19, 2005.
    Substitutions
    Substitutions must be in writing to the OpenWorld Registration Office at OpenWorld@eventreg.com with the names of both the original and substitute registrant. Cancellation of travel reservations and hotel reservations is the exclusive responsibility of the registrant.
