If you still do not receive your magazine, please e-mail customer service oracle@halldata.com or profit@halldata.com and include your name, complete mailing address as well as the confirmation number you received from the online subscription form. Oracle reserves the right to limit the number of free subscriptions.
I completed the form online two months ago, and I went back to the site to fill out the subscription form again. The system gave me the same confirmation number. Why is that?
If you answered the questions and input your address information the same way, the subscription will duplicate the previous entry, and give you the same confirmation number. If you entered anything differently, you will receive a different confirmation number, as you now have two subscriptions in the system. Please reference the cutoff days listed above for your first issue.
Why do I have to complete the form again if I'm just changing my subscription address?
If you have your subscription account number (the first nine digits only on your subscription label) and your last name, you can enter your change of address online. You will be prompted to complete the entire subscription form. You must complete the entire form again because the circulation auditors must verify that you are still in the same industry as when you completed your initial subscription request.
I'm an international subscriber (outside the USA) and the fields are not long enough to enter my address information.
We are modifying our screens to allow you to enter more information. Meanwhile, please provide the most important information needed for an address label. You can use the department field for additional address information.
I've replaced a colleague (or my name has changed), and the change of address screen will not allow me to enter a new name.
Our circulation auditors require a verified subscription request for every qualified subscriber on file. A new subscription needs to be entered if you are new, along with an e-mail request to oracle@halldata.com requesting cancellation of the old subscription. If you have changed your name, you must complete a new subscription form.
Why does my magazine come covered with a subscription form, urging me to renew? I've already renewed my subscription!
The circulation file for Oracle Magazine is audited by BPA International, classified as consumer trade publications, with controlled circulation. For more information, visit www.bpaww.com.
Essentially, all subscribers are in one expire pool, so everyone "ages" on June 1. Even though you have recently renewed, if your request was processed before June 1, you will be due for renewal on June 1. Our renewal efforts begin shortly after June 1.
If you respond to the first effort, and it is processed in time for the next issue, no more renewals will be sent until the following December. If not, a second notice is generated. This process is known as reverificationverifying that you are still in the industry, and still want to receive the magazine.
