Oracle Sales: Oracle Fusion CRM Solutions is a Qualifying Specialization

The Oracle Sales: Oracle Fusion CRM Solutions Specialization recognizes partner organizations that are proficient in selling, implementing and/or developing Oracle Fusion CRM Cloud Service Solutions. The best CRM systems enable buyers to extend capabilities as their business demands and to customize the solution to their industry. Oracle partners who achieve this Specialization are differentiated in the marketplace through proven expertise in Oracle Fusion CRM Solutions.

Effective July 1, 2014, this Product Mapping document has been updated with guidance on which types of transactions and references will be counted towards specialization criteria for on premise versus cloud specializations. As a courtesy during this notification period, the on premise and cloud transactions and references will count towards both the cloud and on premise version of this specialization until January 1, 2015. After January 1, 2015, the criteria must be fulfilled with the correct versions of the product transactions and customer references.
