PeopleSoft PeopleTools solutions include development tools, administration tools, analytic tools, integration tools, and lifecycle management tools. As the common platform and toolset for all PeopleSoft applications, PeopleTools provides simplicity (through self-service usability, activity guides, and visualization), increased productivity (through work centers, smart navigation, and mobile enablement), and lower cost of ownership (through virtualization, application data sets, and Fusion Applications interoperability). Topics covered in this Specialization include: Navigation, Architecture, Data Topics, Application Development, and PeopleCode.

Oracle partners who achieve this Specialization are differentiated in the marketplace through proven expertise in PeopleSoft PeopleTools 8.5x.

**Specialization changes that include increased criteria will be effective March 14, 2011 and changes that include a decrease in criteria are effectively immediately.
