This communication outlines key operational updates and next steps for you to transition your BEA partnership to Oracle in the coming weeks.
Effective June 16, 2008, BEA products will be available on the Oracle Technology Global Price List, and available to all Oracle partners in the Oracle PartnerNetwork, in all countries.
With the availability of the BEA products on the Oracle Technology Global Price List, we begin the formal process to transition BEA partners to Oracle PartnerNetwork and to provide the ability to resell the BEA products under the Oracle distribution agreements.
If you are an OPN member with a valid Full Use Program Distribution Agreement, you may begin to distribute the BEA products as of June 16.
If you are new to Oracle, we invite you to learn more about Oracle PartnerNetwork and the resources available to you by accessing the OPN portal or contacting an OPN Interaction Center representative in your area.

To support partners, a Product Focus Area is available through OPN that delivers targeted resources around BEA products, as well as all of the products that comprise Oracle's fast-growing and highly successful middleware portfolio.

BEA partners will receive a communication in early July that explains the benefits of OPN and how to access BEA products through OPN's Oracle Fusion Middleware Product Focus Area. Partners not yet enrolled in OPN will be stepped through how to join.
Through OPN, you have access to the wide range of partner benefits and initiatives that can expand your business to new technologies, applications, industries, and geographies.
