REQUIREMENTS

To participate in the Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Knowledge Zone you must*:

  • Be a member of the Oracle Partner Network in good standing.
  • Certified Partner and Certified Advantage Partner must fulfill the OPN CP/CAP criteria and meet the Staff Competency requirements for the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Product Focus Area. For a complete list of competency requirements, refer to the Staff Competency by Product Focus (PDF).

New participants will be able to apply for the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Product Focus Area and will be informed of their authorization to access Oracle's JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Product Focus Area once they are accepted by the OPN Management Team.

Access to JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Application Software and Support

Software is provided to partners free of charge and access is available upon completion of the required Minimum Training Requirements. Partners must access the Oracle software download website and the software through the Oracle PartnerNetwork in order to leverage your OPN Agreement which provides your software license. Certified (CP) and Certified Advantage (CAP) partners may have already met the Minimum Training Requirements as a part of completing the CP/CAP Staff Competency Requirements (PDF).

The type of technical support you receive is determined by your Partner Membership Level:

  • Certified Partners and Certified Advantage Partners are entitled to a specified number of service requests (SRs).
  • "Partner" Level partners that wish to engage with Technical support via phone must purchase an SR pack in order to log service requests for support. More information on how to purchase support is available once you join the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Product Focus Area.
