What will we cover

The goal of the Alliances and Channels boot camp is to educate and make Oracle Partners aware of Oracle Customer Care & Billing (CC&B). This boot camp is designed to provide participants with an introduction to the CC&B features and functionalities and enable partners to bid for CC&B v2.2 projects with a degree of confidence.

On completion of this course, attendees will have an understanding of the options available to implementers for configuring the product during implementation.

 

Prerequisites Training

The partners who want to participate in this boot camp should have a basic knowledge of:

  • 200 Series Course
  • SQL, BPA scripts, service-oriented architecture, maintenance objects, HTML, and XML
