Why am I not able to access the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) website with my Oracle username and password?
You will not be able to access the OPN website if:
- Your company's OPN membership is expired. Refer to the OPN Membership Status to verify your membership expiration date.
- Your company's OPN 12-digit PIN is missing or incorrectly entered in your Oracle Web Account. Check your Oracle Web Account to ensure that you have the correct OPN 12-digit PIN.
- Your browser is not configured to accept all cookies. Learn more.
How can I access the Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) website?
To access the OPN website, you will need to register and update your Oracle Web Account.
How do I grant or remove access privileges for employees with my company?
Only your company's OPN Primary Administrator is authorized to grant or remove access privilege for employees within your company. If you are an OPN Primary Administrator, refer to the Member Administration Quick Start Guide.
How do I register to access training?
To access training on OPN, you will need to register for iLearning.

How do I find out if my company has a valid distribution agreement?
Distribution Agreements are valid for 2 years (except the Education Distribution Agreement which is valid for 1 year). Partner must maintain OPN membership throughout the term of the agreement to continue to distribute Oracle programs and services. Refer to OPN Membership Status to locate your membership expiration date. To verify if a distribution agreement has been executed by your company, submit an email to your local OPN Interaction Center (OPN.IC) with the following information:
- Your legal company name
- Address
- Your company's OPN 12-digit PIN
What are the benefits of going through a Value Added Distributor (VAD)?

Am I required to go through a Value Added Distributor?
If you are based in the United States, you are required to go through a Value Added Distributor (VAD) if the end user is a commercial account and their revenue is below 1 billion per year. If the revenue is above 1 billion, please work directly with Oracle. Locate a VAD in your local area.
