The Oracle University Reseller program is an extension of Oracle University's education sales division. This program enables qualified organizations to offer Oracle education products and training for resale.
Oracle Learning Credits accounts are purchased from Oracle at a discount and resold to named end user entities for their own use. Learning Credits may only be redeemed for specified products at Oracle University or at Oracle Approved Education Centers (OAECs). Learning Credits may not be sold for use outside the country in which they are purchased, and generally expire after a 12 month term.
