The Oracle PartnerNetwork offers three
membership levels: Partner (P), Certified Partner (CP), and Certified
Advantage Partner (CAP). Once you are a member, you may upgrade from Partner
to Certified Partner or Certified Advantage Partner level.
Only the OPN
Primary Admin at your company has the ability to upgrade the company
OPN membership. You do not need to execute a separate OPN Agreement or
submit additional payment for membership upgrades. Your OPN membership
fee covers 1 year regardless of levels. If you choose the upgrade option
during your membership renewal period (90 days prior to expiration), you
are required to accept the online terms of the OPN Agreement and submit
payment for the next annual membership period. Learn more about the

Only the OPN Primary Admin

must contact
your company OPN Primary Admin if you are a
non-admin and are interested in upgrading your OPN Membership.
