To participate in the Oracle Business Intelligence Product Focus, you must:
Be a member of the Oracle PartnerNetwork in good standing
Register to join the Oracle Business Intelligence Product Focus Area.
Access to Oracle Business Intelligence Application Software and Support
Software is provided to partners free of charge and access is available upon completion of the required Minimum Training Requirements. Partners must access the Oracle software download website and the software through the Oracle PartnerNetwork in order to leverage your OPN Agreement which provides your software license. Certified (CP) and Certified Advantage (CAP) partners may have already met the Minimum Training Requirements as a part of completing the CP/CAP Staff Competency Requirements (PDF).
The type of technical support you receive is determined by your Partner Membership Level:
Certified Partners and Certified Advantage Partners are entitled to a specified number of service requests (SRs).
"Partner" Level partners that wish to engage with Technical support via phone must purchase an SR pack in order to log service requests for support. More information on how to purchase support is available once you join the Oracle Business Intelligence – Applications Product Focus Area.
