Oracle WebCenter Interaction is an integrated collection of components used to create enterprise portals, collaborative communities, line-of-business Intranets, and social applications. WebCenter Interaction provides rich capabilities for social networking and other Web 2.0 initiatives within a heterogeneous enterprise.

Oracle WebCenter Interaction is available as part of Oracle WebCenter Suite 11g. WebCenter Interaction customers can enhance their deployments with enterprise content management capabilities through Oracle Universal Content Management and can add Enterprise 2.0 capabilities to their existing portals using Oracle WebCenter Services 11g.
