Starting on August 1, 2005, you will no longer go through ProfitLogic to renew support contracts. This process will be transitioned to Oracle Support Sales, with processing resuming in early November. However, you will continue to be supported - even if your support expires during this transitional period - as long as you have an active support contract as of July 31, or you have received a ProfitLogic support invoice as of July 31. Oracle will not increase your support fees for the next support period; they will be the same as the last period (assuming the same licensing).
As the transitioning of the process is complete, an Oracle Support Sales representative will contact you about your renewal.
