According to Eaton Corp, they selected Oracle Content Management solutions to ‘replace the existing, outdated, unsupported, error-prone, content management environment at Eaton with a reliable, expandable, feature-packed, user-friendly solution that will initially support 60 sites.’ The project was deployed in March of 2006 to support 31+ internal web sites enterprise-wide. Oracle provided a scalable solution that enabled Eaton to rapidly develop and deploy web sites that run on a single instance. It provides an environment that is fast, stable and reliable.
