Monster.com is the world’s number one job search website. With over $845 million in yearly revenue, Monster employs 5000+ employes world wide. Monster Technologies is located in Maynard, MA and originally started as a brick and mortor company but has re-invented themselves as dot com only corporation. Monster.com is now a public company and is traded on the NASDAQ under the sign of MNST . As the worlds largest and #1 job placement site Monster.com needed to improve and streamline their order management process. Back office applications from Siebel, Oracle and Microsoft were not integrated and new order entry and management relied on a manual and very inefficient process. Prior to implementing Oracle Fusion Middleware, new jobs posted to their site were taking three plus days. In order to help move the company to a more efficient self service model, Monster Technologies chose to implement the Oracle E Business Suite on Fusion Middleware with Oracle ESB and the Oracle BPEL Process Manager for deploying, executing and managing Web services delivering a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) needed to more rapidly deploy and modify business critical applications. Oracle Fusion Middleware enhanced Monster’s ERP systems: Oracle Applications (Financials, HR) as well as Siebel CRM. By utilizing the Siebel Adapter for ESB as well as Synchronization with Active Directory we proved that Oracle Fusion Middleware is “pluggable” into Monster’s heterogeneous IT environment.

Key Benefits:

  • The order-to-cash process is their key to revenue generation, it’s real time and business critical!
  • Oracle Fusion Middleware bridges the CRM/ERP gap
  • Fits well into their heterogeneous environment (Siebel Adapter, Active Directory).
  • Oracle is “hot pluggable”.
  • Synchronization with Microsoft Active Directory.
