Symetra chose to implement Oracle COREid Access and Identity to allow clients and distributors to review policy and account information via a secure and reliable system. This implementation has provided them with a scalable, user-friendly access/identity management solution to meet the needs of a growing user base and has greatly minimized the requirement for end-user training. Symetra has seen a reduced overhead cost by providing single-sign-on capabilities for 25,000 users on 13 applications, allowing Symetra to reduce IT support for identity management. Deploying Oracle COREid Identity delegation to provide self-service capabilities has allowed users to reset passwords and has enabled distributors to manage authorization for their own employees. Symetra has been working with Oracle Certified Partner Nulli Secundus to successfully implement the Oracle COREid Access and Identity system which was all done within six months, on time and within budget.
