  • Automate solution for application provisioning, which required a complex manual process and dedicated management to ensure process iterations
  • Centralize user management, single sign-on, and provisioning platform across product and service offerings
  • More efficiency in complying with the SAS 70 auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Solution
  • Consolidated user information and initiated provisioning events using Oracle Identity Management
  • Used SOA and BPEL components of Fusion Middleware to automate and streamline several key business processes such as clone automation for replicating 11i environments as well as both the user and environment provisioning process
  • Combined Oracle Fusion Middleware's SOA and BPEL functionality with USi's standardized “wrappers” to encapsulate code components and expose them as Web services, linked together into automated processes
  • Collected the necessary data required by the external auditor through Oracle's BPEL process manager to validate process compliance
  • Achieved SAS 70 compliance while increasing efficiency �� Incorporated third-party software, including Ariba
  • Improved response times for clients and freed internal resources from back-end provisioning tasks
  • Achieved significant ROI for Oracle Fusion Middleware purchase, including quick recovery of investment and costs
