the day and evening hours, and many operate 24 hours a day. Franchisees

| Forum Description |
| |
| IHOP will discuss
how the Oracle E-Business Suite overcame the problem of
individual franchises managing their guest interactions
in their own functional silos. The company had no enterprise
view of what was happening on a day-to-day basis. IHOP's
Oracle solution created a single source of company results
and information. Because much of the company's vital customer
data is stored in applications from vendors other than
Oracle, IHOP deployed an Oracle Customer Data Hub, which
allows data to be shared by Oracle and other vendors'
applications and to unify IHOP's transactional and analytical
environments. |
