Oracle and Siebel Support Integration

Our Long-Term Commitment to Your Siebel Products

On January 31, 2006 two great companies became one. As we work to deliver the value of the combined companies, we are equally focused on protecting, extending, and evolving the value of your Siebel investment. Oracle's Lifetime Support policy further extends Oracle support for Siebel applications. In fact, your support is more generous under Oracle Lifetime Support than it was under Siebel.

Following are the specific features of Oracle's long-term commitment to protecting your investment through Lifetime Support.

For Siebel Customer Relationship Management, Siebel Incentive Compensation Management, and Siebel Business Analytics versions 7.7 and 7.8, we are offering Premier Support for five years from the applications' general availability date. We will also offer Extended Support, for an additional three years of support. This is a significant extension beyond the previous Siebel support policy.
For Siebel Customer Relationship Management and Siebel Incentive Compensation Management 7.5.3 customers, we are offering Premier Support through 2008 and Extended Support through 2010. You will now have a defined support timeframe for your 7.5.3 releases, allowing you to effectively plan for your upgrade to the latest product releases.
For Siebel Customer Relationship Management 6.x customers, we are offering indefinite Sustaining Support. Sustaining Support will be available to you as long as you maintain technical support for your Siebel CRM 6.x product release.
All Siebel Retail Finance products will receive Premier Support for five years from their general availability date, and we will also offer Extended Support for an additional three years. Enjoy expanded support timeframes for your products. The previous Siebel Support policy provided support for a release for 12 months after the next major release. With Lifetime Support you can plan on eight years of full support for your Retail Finance product releases.
Oracle has recently reviewed all of the currently supported Siebel Application and Technology products and is proud to announce defined support timeframes for all products.
