Oracle Becomes First Enterprise Software Vendor to Achieve Global J.D. Power and Associates Certification

Oracle is the first enterprise software provider to receive global certification under the J.D. Power and Associates Certified Technology Service and Support (CTSS) Program for its worldwide support business encompassing 17 major hubs on 5 continents. This distinction recognizes Oracle for delivering "An Outstanding Customer Service Experience" worldwide. Oracle was also the first enterprise software provider to receive the certification in North America.

Based in the United States, J.D. Power and Associates certification programs help consumers identify those product and service providers that deliver a superior customer experience. To earn the global J.D. Power and Associates certification, Oracle outperformed on a rigorous set of standards across a variety of customer service criteria, including strategic management, marketing, sales, and universal delivery processes, as well as additional service and support criteria covering both assisted support and non-assisted support. J.D. Power and Associates found that Oracle met or exceeded the standard for assessing customer satisfaction for delivering global support for Oracle technology and Oracle applications. The CTSS certification covers support services delivered globally for Oracle Technology and Oracle Applications, including PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards product families.
