Oracle Label Security maintains all information gathered in the previous steps in a "Policy". The policy can be created either using Oracle Enterprise Manager Database Control or a complete, flexible API. In order to start Oracle Enterprise Manager Database Control, use:

  $ emctl start dbconsole
