tell me more icon Creating Foreign Keys Between Tables

You can choose from any of the schemas that you have referenced in your project to create foreign keys between tables in different schemas. The Associations column in the referenced table defaults to that table's primary key (in this example, PERSON_ID).

Create Table dialog

Select any column in the local table as the foreign key column (in this example PERSON_ID).

A name based foreign key allows you to create a foreign key in a table that you have not added to your project. To do this, select Name based . You can then enter the Referenced Schema, Table, and Constraint names, select the column in your table that is to be used as the foreign key, and enter the Referenced Column from the referenced table. The Offline Only option lets you specify whether or not the information is used when DDL is generated for the table.
