Use the links below to download Oracle SQL Developer.
If you are already running production release 1.1 (v 1.1.0.23.64) or 1.1 Patch 1 (v 1.1.1.25.14) or 1.1 Patch 2 (v 1.1.2.25.79), you can use Help > Check for Updates to update your SQL Developer environment.
You can migrate your settings from SQL Developer 1.1 or from SQL Developer 1.1 Patch 1 or Patch 2 to SQL Developer 1.1 Patch 3. See Installation Guide for more details.

- Download the file above
- Extract sqldeveloper.zip into any folder, using folder names
- Within that folder, open the sqldeveloper folder
- Double-click sqldeveloper.exe
