Oracle Tuxedo CFSR is a licensed constraint version of Tuxedo. The Tuxedo CFSR license includes usage rights to Tuxedo features with limitations described in the following table:
1. Use of multiple nodes in a Tuxedo domain: A Tuxedo domain can include one or more Tuxedo nodes for the purpose of high availability and scalability. In Tuxedo CFSR license use of more than one node in a domain is not permitted.
2. Use of inter-domain communication: Tuxedo applications can be deployed in domains topology, in which independent domains can communicate with each other using domains protocol. In Tuxedo CFSR license, it is not permitted for independent domains to communicate with each other.
3. Use of /Q services: Tuxedo provides queuing features for higher availability and scalability. Use of all /Q features is not permitted in the Tuxedo CFSR license.
4. Use of separately licensed product options: Use of following product options is not permitted in the Tuxedo CFSR license:
Services Architecture Leveraging Tuxedo (SALT)
Tuxedo System and Applications Monitor (TSAM) Plus
Tuxedo JCA Adapter
Tuxedo Message Queue
Tuxedo Mainframe Adapter for SNA
Tuxedo Mainframe Adapter for TCP
Tuxedo Application Runtime for CICS and Batch
Tuxedo Application Runtime for IMS
Tuxedo Application Runtime for Batch
Tuxedo Application Rehosting Workbench
To install Tuxedo CFSR, use any of the Tuxedo packages as described in Tuxedo Install Guide as appropriate for supported platform.
