MongoDB is a NoSQL open source document-oriented database that stores structured data as JavaScript Object Notation (JSON). Great for agile development because you can quickly modify the database schemes without shutting down the database. If you cluster MongoDB, you can also distribute its data across several servers. Oracle Solaris zones let you do that quickly. Orgad shows you how.
