Honoring Excellence

Leading companies demonstrate innovation, environmental leadership, and excellence with Oracle technologies and applications.

Oracle’s customers and partners demonstrate leadership in many areas of technology, applications, and sustainability—from implementing business intelligence initiatives and deploying Oracle grids to solving the challenges of midsize businesses and establishing green business practices. In 2009, Oracle sponsored several awards programs to honor customers and partners for their achievements and vision.

In the area of Oracle Fusion Middleware, Oracle, in conjunction with six user groups, commended customers for their achievements in middleware deployments with the Oracle Innovation Award (formerly the Oracle Excellence Award). For the second year, Oracle recognized outstanding achievements in environmental leadership with the Oracle Enable the Eco-Enterprise Award (formerly the Oracle Empower the Green Enterprise Award). Oracle honored partners for innovative uses of Oracle technology by presenting two sets of awards: the first annual Oracle PartnerNetwork Global Awards and the Oracle North America Titan Awards. Winners were selected for excellence in solving real-world customer challenges and for their development and deployment of Oracle technology.
