If you think you have something new, please e-mail us with the following information:

• Short description of the problem

• Configuration information

  Please include

  • Hardware platform (e.g. Intel PII 300Mhz, 64MB RAM)
  • Operating System and version (e.g. MS-Windows NT 4.0)
  • Video Card or Graphics Adaptor (e.g. Diamond FireGL 4000)

• JAI Version Number

• Steps to reproduce the problem

• Text of any error message(s) that appeared

• Any other relevant information
