Java 3D 1.1.3 Bug Reporting Guidelines

Before you send us a bug report or feature request, please check the Java 3D 1.1.3 known bugs to see if the bug has already been reported.

If you think you have something new, please e-mail us with the following information:

1. Short description of the problem

2. Configuration information

   Please include the hardware platform, Operating System and version and graphics adaptor (e.g. Intel P160MMX, 32 MB RAM, MS-Windows NT 4.0, Diamond FireGL 4000). Include additional configuration information that you think is relevant to the problem.

3. Steps to reproduce the problem

   A small example program is best.

4. Text of any error message(s) that appeared

E-mail the information to java3d-beta@sun.com. You will receive an automatic reply when we receive your bug report. If we need any additional information we will contact you. Thank you for taking the time to submit a bug report.
