Compatibility Classes

The PersonalJava compatibility classes are additional classes available in the PersonalJava API which are not available in the corresponding Java Development Kit (JDK). Thus, the PersonalJava compatibility classes allow applets and applications developed to the PersonalJava API to be run on a JDK-based environment.
