 All software can be downloaded from the Fusion Middleware 11gR1 PS2 download page (also known as the FMW download page), but the following list breaks out the pieces needed for SOA/BPM Suite. See the Documentation page for Release Notes, Installation Guide, and other documentation.

You need to install the following software in the order it is shown.
 Database
If you don't already have an Oracle database installed, choose Oracle Express Edition for a small footprint database. (Oracle XE is suitable for development only. Ignore the warning during installation about the database version as that pertains to production installations.)
 WebLogic Server
Download WebLogic Server 10.3.3 from the FMW download page, in the Runtime Software section.
 Repository Creation Utility
Download RCU 11.1.1.3.0 from the FMW download page, in the Required Additional Software section.
 BPM Suite & Patch
Download SOA Suite 11.1.1.2.0 (baseline for BPM 11gR1) from the FMW download page, in the Runtime Software section.
Download SOA/BPM Suite 11.1.1.3.0 (patch that contains SOA and BPM bits) from the FMW download page, in the Runtime Software section.
 JDeveloper
Download JDeveloper 11.1.1.3.0 (BPM Studio) from the FMW download page. Look for JDeveloper and Application Development Framework in the Required Addition Software section.
 SOA and BPM Extension for JDeveloper
Install the SOA and BPM Extension using the JDeveloper Update Center. From the JDeveloper menu choose Help > Check for Updates. In the Update Wizard, select Search Update Centers and ensure Oracle Fusion Middleware Products is checked (screenshot). Then ensure that Oracle SOA Composite Editor is checked (screenshot, your version may not match the screenshot exactly). The SOA and BPM Extension is approximately 200 MB each.
 
 Oracle Web Center Suite 11g
Optional: Oracle Web Center Suite can be used in conjunction with BPM for Portal enabled use cases. BPM's Process Spaces capabilities are offered through the Web Center Suite integration.The BPM Suite offers a restrictive license to use Web Center in the context of BPM and to expose business process functionality. You can download Oracle Web Center Suite from the following location: link. 
 
 Oracle Universal Content Management 11g
Optional: Oracle Universal Content Management can be used in conjunction with BPM for document management use cases. The BPM Suite offers a restrictive license to use UCM in the context of BPM. You can download Oracle Universal Content Management from the following location: link.
