Oracle SOA Suite for healthcare integration  is a component of Oracle SOA Suite 11gR1 (11.1.1.7.0). You can download the latest SOA Suite 11g R1(11.1.1.7.0) release from the SOA Suite download page. Once you install the SOA Suite, please follow Healthcare post-install steps below,  to enable all the healthcare components

Healthcare Libraries: Please ensure to download the Healthcare Libraries  also which is needed to run Healthcare post-install script. 'ofm_healthcare_lib_generic_11.1.1.7.0_disk1_1of1.zip' contains two files:
For Windows - StdMultiSetupInstOracle.exe and for all other operating systems - StdMultiSetupInstOracle.tar.gz . Based upon your OS, please copy one of appropriate file in the following location: <Middleware_HOME>/<SOA_HOME>/soa/thirdparty/healthcare/stdlibrary/

Healthcare Post-Install Script  Steps:
1.  Set Environment variables ie JAVA_HOME and ANT_HOME

          setenv ANT_HOME <Middleware_HOME>/modules/org.apache.ant_1.7.1/
          setenv PATH=$ANT_HOME/bin:$PATH
          setenv JAVA_HOME <Middleware_HOME>/<jrockit_install_directory>
          setenv PATH=$JAVA_HOME/bin:$PATH

2. Please ensure that healthcare standard library (StdMultiSetupInstOracle.exe - for Windows or StdMultiSetupInstOracle.tar.gz- for all other OS) are available in <Middleware_HOME>/<SOA_HOME>/soa/thirdparty/healthcare/stdlibrary/ . If healthcare standard library is not  present,  post install will exit asking for standard library.

3. In the command prompt, run the following commands

          a. cd  <Middleware_HOME>/<SOA_HOME>/bin
          b. execute command: ant -f ant-soahc-postinstall.xml

4a. Enter  the following details when prompted by the ant command to complete the post-installation process
              wls.username=<wls username> (default weblogic)
              wls.password=<wls password>
              wls.hostname=<wls hostname> (default localhost)
              wls.admin.port=<wls admin port> (default 7001)
              wls.managed.port=<wls managed port> (default 8001)
              admin.server.name=<wls-admin-server-name> (default AdminServer)
              deploy.target=Deployment target server name (default soa_server1)   (NOTE:  To deploy to multiple managed servers provide comma separated values as in soa_server1, soa_server2)
              os.platform=<wls platform>  (default linux64)
              db.type=<db type> (default oracle)
              db.url=<db url>
              db.username=<soa schema username>
             db.password=<soa schema password>


          b. Copy the component_events.xml, component_events.xlf from the location <Middleware_HOME>/<SOA_HOME>/soa/thirdparty/healthcare/audit_files/SOA-HCFP/ and over write them in the location <Middleware_HOME>/oracle_common/modules/oracle.iau_11.1.1/components/SOA-HCFP/

          c. Restart both Admin Server and Managed Server.

5.  HL7 v2.x Doctypes are available in="<Middleware_HOME>/<SOA_HOME>/soa/thirdparty/healthcare/hl7_doctypes. User can import any HL7 v2.x  Doctype version by executing 'importRepository' target.
              
For example, Run the following command to import HL7 2.3.1 doc types :
               ant -f ant-soahc-postinstall.xml importRepository -Dexportfile="<Middleware_HOME>/<SOA_HOME>/soa/thirdparty/healthcare/hl7_doctypes/HL7DocType-2.3.1.zip" -Dlocalfile=true -Doverwrite=true

Install SOA Suite for healthcare integration Add on OPatch #13357551 on top of SOA Suite 11g R1 (11.1.1.6.0) to enable the healthcare integration capabilities.

Downloading Healthcare Add On (OPatch #13357551)
You can download the OPatch #13357551 from Oracle Support Site. Once logged in, click on 'Patches & Updates' tab. Under 'Patch Search' section, do  search for 'Patch Name or Number' = 13357551 and it will prompt to new page where you can download the patch and Readme. Follow the instructions in the 'Readme' with special emphasis on the 'Post Install Instructions for Health Care' section to install the patch successfully.  To ensure access to the healthcare adapter in JDeveloper, start JDeveloper in preview mode. For example: ./jdev -J"-DPREVIEW_MODE=true" .
