This package contains a method that returns the ID of the local node.

Returns the ID of the local node.

Any user can use this function.

Returns:

the ID of the local node

Exceptions:

LOCAL_NODE_NOT_FOUND - if the local node is not found

NODE_RETRIEVAL_EXCEPTION - if an error occurs when retrieving the local node
