The wwlog_api_admin package is the administrative API package for the event logging service. It contains methods to support the event logging service:

Retrieve the current log interval (in days) with wwlog_api_admin.get_log_interval.

Set the log interval (in days) with wwlog_api_admin.set_log_interval.

Retrieve information about which log table should be used with wwpro_api_admin.get_log_info.

Provide LOVs for the log registry page with wwpro_api_admin.purge_log.

Provide LOVs for the log registry page with wwpro_api_admin.add_log_event.

Delete a logging event with wwpro_api_admin.remove_log_event.

Create a logging registry record with wwpro_api_admin.add_log_registry.

Delete a logging registry record with wwpro_api_admin.remove_log_registry.

Notes:

The last two methods only provide LOVs for the Oracle Portal Log Registry page.

To access the Log Registry page from the main Oracle Portal Home Page, click Administer, then Log Registry Administration from the Services portlet.
