Oracle9iAS Portal 9.0.2 is an install only release that can not be upgraded to. Below is patch information only.

Patch 2744619 must be installed over an Oracle9 i AS 9.0.2 installation of Portal. You can install it over either a production installation of Portal 9.0.2.2.14 on Unix or 9.0.2.2.22 on Windows. The installation instructions are in the readme.html contained in the download.
