This section lists additional information for select defects.
14788537 – Improved rule eligibility propagation computation
An improved version of the rule eligibility propagation computation has been implemented in function “CLM Is Choice Graph Eligible”. If you have an inline service based on an earlier version, you need to use that function as the choice eligibility rule in choice group CLMBase.
14736685 – Performance improvements caching method parameters in Choice Group Mapper
A performance improvement was made in CLMChoiceGroupMapper. If you have an inline service based on an earlier version, you will have to manually edit it to benefit from this performance improvement.
14300690 – Performance improvements in the external rules compilation code with the utilization of the new batch compilation API
A performance improvement was made in CLMData and CLMDatabaseHelper. If you have an inline service based on an earlier version, you will have to manually edit it to benefit from this performance improvement.
14263242 – Choices not being garbage collected in Base Marketing in rare condition
A fix has been made in CLMDataStore for this. If you have an inline service based on an earlier version, you will have to manually edit it to include the fix.
14169227 – Use new API to remove external rules from the server cache to remove rules of choices deleted in a committed project
Changes in CLMData and CLMDataStore have been made to support this. If you have an inline service based on an earlier version, you will have to manually edit it to benefit from this improvement.
14089543 – Problem with removing all items in a many to many relationship
The Decision Manager user interface behaves incorrectly if you remove all items in a many to many relationship (for instance if you remove all the tags of a creative).
13892938 – Anonymous User Displayed After Login Instead of Actual User
To resolve this, you need to apply Patch 13863401 (MDS CACHE ISSUE : UNABLE TO FIND DOCUMENT STORED IN MDS STORE). This patch is available via oracle support in the Patches and Updates section.
The known issues described in the Oracle Real-Time Decisions Application 3.1.1. Release Notes are still valid, except “2.4 Anonymous User Displayed After Login Instead of Actual User”, which has been resolved in this patch. In addition, the following issues apply to this patch (as well as the original 188.8.131.52. release):
15962165 – Inline Service path too long causes issues
If you unzip RTD Application in a path that is too long, for instance, C:\Oracle\RTD_Apps_184.108.40.206.1_PSU\RTD_Apps_3110\software\Oracle Real-Time Decisions Base Application\Designer\clm\, the path to your inline service will be very long, for instance C:\Oracle\RTD_Apps_220.127.116.11.1_PSU\RTD_Apps_3110\software\Oracle Real-Time Decisions Base Application\Designer\clm\Build\metadata\ref\service\RTD_Base_Marketing\. This may exceed the maximum RTD Studio path length, causing it to constantly rebuild the Inline service and eventually run out of memory.
We recommend you install Decision Manager in a shorter path, for instance C:\Oracle\DM.
16235080 - SSO On Weblogic: Cookie Path should be set for the RTD Platform
As part of setting up SSO between Decision Manager and Decision Center, the /ui cookie path for Decision Center should be added to the RTD platform ui.war/WEB-INF/weblogic.xml as follows:
Redeploy Oracle RTD.
