Introduction

This diagram provides steps for using Solaris Live Upgrade to patch a system. The steps include customizing the alternate boot environment (ABE), installing patches, and so on. Most of this information can also be found in the Solaris 10 10/09 Installation Guide: Solaris Live Upgrade and Upgrade Planning.
