Introduction

This Quick Start Guide provides an overview on how to quickly set up a Sun Storage 7000 Unified Storage System to use with a VMware ESX Server.

The guide is intended for administrators familiar with both Sun Storage 7000 Unified Storage System concepts as well as VMware ESX concepts. Both the NFS (NAS) and iSCSI protocols are addressed.
