Important: For ASR to function properly and provide the full set of coverage available for your system, you must configure the specified telemetry sources and adhere to the minimum software requirements and patch levels.
Each server model also has an ASR Plugin or Rules Bundle minimum version requirement.
Command line options to show/update rules bundle are available on ASR Plugin 2.4 or above. Please refer the ASR installation and operations guide for detailed instructions on upgrading ASR Plugin and Rules Bundle.
ASR Plugin 2.4 and above supports automatic and manual Rules Bundle updates. Oracle strongly recommends updating to the latest version of Oracle Auto Service Request and activating the “auto-update” feature to automatically update the Rules Bundle. Download the ASR software from My Oracle Support (Doc ID 1185493.1). Please refer to the ASR Installation and Operations Guide for more information and detailed instructions on upgrading ASR Plugin and Rules Bundle.
