He is the Executive Vice President of the OAUG Board of Directors and a member of the Fusion Council Steering Committee. Santosh Malik
Principal Technologist, Platform Technology Solutions, Server Technologies, Oracle Corporation
Santosh has been part of Siebel and Oracle for past several years. Major areas worked in Siebel are Business Process Management Module in Seibel Component Assembly (Nexus) Infrastructure and Siebel (7.8.2 and 8.0) certification with Oracle Application Server 10.1.3. His current focus is helping Siebel centric SIs and partners ramp up on Oracle technologies, such as Fusion Middleware. He has a B.E in Computer Engineering from University of Bombay and a M.S. in Computer Science from Cal State Fresno.

Graham Nicol
Graham is a Solutions Architect in the UK Consulting CRM Practice who joined Oracle as part of the Siebel acquisition. Specialising in Siebel Integration since 2000, first as a Principal Specialist in Siebel Expert Services and later in his current role Graham has worked with over 200 customers across Europe and Worldwide and worked closely in both formal and informal teams across departmental and LOB boundaries including Development, Sales, Training, Support and, of course, Consulting. Nishit Rao
Nishit is in Product Management, focusing on Fusion Middleware as it relates to Oracle Applications such as Siebel, Peoplesoft and E-Business Suite. He has more than 14 years experience in engineering, consulting and product management for messaging, CORBA, J2EE, application servers, integration, and SOA products, including experience developing and deploying middleware solutions on a global scale as an architect. Markus Zirn is a senior director of product management for Oracle Fusion Middleware. He heads the Strategic Customer Program, where he works with Oracle's most innovative middleware customers. Recently, he produced the SOA Best Practices—The BPEL Cookbook series on Oracle Technology Network (OTN). He has practical experience designing and optimizing business processes and has conducted multiple business process reengineering projects while a consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton.
