Oracle Drives Growth of Enterprise Database on Linux by 67% in 2006
As reported by eWeek LinuxWatch, Gartner has found that Linux is once again the fastest growing operating system in the Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) market with an 67% leap in overall market share. Gartner's report also found that Oracle's market share on Linux was 82.6% in 2006.
