The no-charge Modernization Insight allows Oracle modernization experts to work directly with an organization to create an organization specific roadmap for modernization—an approach dependent on the organization's specific business drivers and technology drivers.

ORACLE MODERNIZATION INSIGHT GOALS
  • Examine, discuss and document an organization's specific modernization business and technical drivers including examining the cost of doing nothing.
  • Given an understanding of the modernization business drivers, determine the best combination of modernization approaches and steps to modernize in a manner that meets key business drivers quickly and with acceptable risk.
  • Determine the need for any further detailed technical assessment and what assessment approach and products should be used.
  • Starting with a generic, product independent framework, determine an organization specific modernization target architecture for SOA that can be implemented using both Oracle and non-Oracle products.
  • Determine the need for additional modernization partners and review the Oracle Modernization Alliance members that may be required to carry out the modernization projects.
  • Determine the business case for your next step—whether for further detailed strategic assessment or a more tactical actual modernization project.
