Adding New JAR files to the Online Help System

The \forms90\doc\US\fmdevhlp directory contains the online help.
Check the file dates on the jar files in this directory.
Download the ZIP file, open the ZIP, and compare the JAR file dates with the JAR file dates on your system.
Copy the new jars to your \forms90\doc\US\fmdevhlp.
Restart Forms Developer, and launch the help system.
